free nationwide delivery on full pallets

Deliveries made by pallet will be delivered on a curtain sided 18 tonne vehicle with tail lift. The driver will call ahead on the agreed deliverydate if a mobile number is provided for the customer. Driver will off load the pallet using the tail lift to the roadside.

We must be made aware of any address with access restrictions that will not allow a 16T vehicle to deliver. Deliveries can be made using 7.5T vehicle upon request. 7.5T vehicles must be requested before the pallet is despatched or a fee will be charged. 7.5T vehicle tail lifts have a lower limit of 750kg per pallet so an additional charge may apply if the order has to be broken down over more pallets.

If a delivery is required at a certain time of the day we can book this for an additional fee of £20.00 + VAT. This will allow us to book a 1 hour window for delivery after 10am.

Failed deliveries due to access restrictions or nobody being at the address to sign and accept the goods will be subject to a redelivery charge of £37.50 + VAT per pallet.

We will not accept any liability for any consequential costs associated with late or failed deliveries.

Damages must be reported to us within 5 working days of delivery. This is due to insurance terms placed upon us by the delivery company. Any damages must be photographed on the pallet as delivered and submitted along with your claim. We will not accept any claims that have photos of goods not on the pallet as delivered as we cannot prove to the transporter that the damage was caused during transit.

All palletised orders will be subject to the following deductions from credit notes.

Cost of pallet being sent out £50 + VAT per pallet.

Cost of pallet being collected and returned £50 + VAT per pallet.

Inspection and restocking fee £36 + VAT per order.

Where a forklift is not at the return collection address we can only collect pallets from the position they were delivered to due to limitations with manual pallet trucks and tail lifts.

Pallets can only be collected at a maximum weight of 750kg due to taillift restrictions. If the pallet weighs more the goods may need to be split over two pallets by the customer.

Upon inspection any goods that are not fit for re-stocking will be deducted from the credit.

All returns require a photograph of the pallet ready for collection before we can book it in.
